Our Philosophy

At Citizens State Bank we understand that change is inevitable. As our environment changes we may wish to revisit our philosophy to ensure we stay true to our beliefs.

At Citizens State Bank we have developed our core philosophy on the concept of maintaining the highest level of customer service. This philosophy is ingrained in our standards, policies, and procedures and is intended to apply to all relationships Citizens State Bank engages in. These include but are not limited to deposit and loan customers, other financial institutions and between Citizens State Bank and its vendors and suppliers. Our philosophy also reaffirms Citizens State Bank’s commitment to deliver valuable banking products and services to every bank customer.

  • Providing through people, facilities, and programs, a balance between security and independence for customers by assisting in achieving and maintaining the customer’s needs.

How we do it
